Submission Info – LAST MINUTE DETAILS
It’s 8:00pm Portland Time as I type this and submissions are still rolling in so I thought this last minute news might be helpful. Tons of submissions have already rolled in and we’re looking forward to checking the drop box tomorrow to see what else has arrived in the wee hours of the night.
- Multiple movies on one disc is okay.
- Multiple movies on one form is okay.
- Authored DVD (playable on a DVD player) is best, miniDV is only for the final copy if your film is chosen. Send both if you think your piece is hot shit and you’re sure the jury will select it.
- You’re in luck! You can take until 8am on Wednesday if you need to as we won’t be reviewing submissions on Tuesday.
- Call or e-mail if you have questions.
- We’ll make it happen, don’t you worry your pretty little film making head! Take a deep breath, let out a big sigh – then call us if you’re freaking out.

Hey Ayleen, you say here authored DVDs are best, but on the Call for Entries -> Submission Format Details page it says data files on DVDs exported as MOV or MP4′s.
Preview copy is best on an authored DVD
Final version is best on miniDV
If you can’t do miniDV for the final version, follow the guidelines on the “about MiniDV”
