I know this will make all of the on-time people red in the face, those of you who keep appointments, arrive early, arrange details neatly and probably keep a tidy room.  But we’re rewarding the slackers here.  Because, truth be told, life is too short to be so meticulous.

The truth is that the jury isn’t meeting on February 15th, so we’re going to give you a little extra time to get your submissions in. You have until February 19th.  But later than that and we will hold your submission until 2010, so don’t risk it.
