When you book you can expect to receive:

• Powerful trailer you can use to get your audience excited to buy tickets.
• Instagram-ready graphics that can be used everywhere.
• Stills and images from the movies.
• Advice, consultation and support.

 

Re-screening Policy

We are dedicated to making sure your event is a big success, but we recognize sometimes things happen and re-scheduling is the thing that makes the most sense.  Here’s our policy on re-screening your package:

• We ask that you communicate with us as soon as you can if you decide to move your event, so we can always make sure we are publishing the most accurate info for Filmed by Bike Events and so we can be aware of when an event is happening, in case you need last minute help.
• If you decide to cancel your event for any reason, you CAN re-screen the package you purchased at a future event, again, just let us know!
• Once you screen the package, you CANNOT  screen the package you bought at a new event.
• In the case of a full cancellation without a re-scheduled event, we do not offer refunds.
