Reel Cycling Film Festival II is a fundraiser for Northeast Ohio Safe Trails and Roads.

For the second year in a row, the newly formed organization Neostar is raising funds to resurface a road that the county engineer wanted to abandon. The non-profit group group is working to save this road, a popular bike route.
