I Don’t See Anything: Check the time – we begin at 5pm Pacific Time. The time may be different where you live. Check here
View Later: Watch on YouTube or click play above to view this broadcast later. You may be able to see the chat. You won’t be able to add to the chat.
Technical Probs: Watch directly on YouTube if you are having any technical difficulties with viewing or chatting.
Technical Support, Nope: We do not have any technical support staff. We only have one person on staff at this time, and she is live on the air.
Bad Connection: Close all applications and browser tabs/windows. Make sure you don’t have any downloads happening or other functions drawing on your internet connection, your music streaming, etc. If the connection is glitchy for only one of the guests, that is the result of that person’s internet connection and there’s nothing we can do about it. If everyone in the connection is glitchy it’s likely your internet connection.
Poor resolution: The video resolution won’t be HD. YouTube is downgrading most videos during this high traffic period. There is nothing we can do about that.
iPad: Sorry, we don’t know anything about how this will all work on iPad. Consult with YouTube’s resources directly.
