How did a little festival with 80 attendees grow to have seven screenings? I don’t know, you tell me, you’re the ones who have been coming out in force over the years to revel in a night of bike films. Every year the festival has sold out, and every year we’ve moved to bigger venues or added additional screenings. This year is no exception. We’ve added an additional two days and five screenings.
Were you one of the 250+ people who waited in line last year but couldn’t get in? Don’t worry about that this year. We’ll be showcasing the program at 7:00 and 9:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. These screenings are 21+ due to OLCC regulations. And just today we added a 5:00 ALL AGES screening on Saturday.
Phew! We can’t wait.
Wow, congrats. I was there when it was at The Know years ago but haven’t been in town the last few years. Sounds like things have changed a lot – for the bigger and better. I’ll be there this year. Had hoped to submit a movie, but I just couldn’t get my act together.
GREAT! I’m excited to hear that there is now a 5:00 performance. I was sad to hear (through the grapevine) that it was going to be 21+ for all of the showings because I really want to bring my 16 year old niece. We need to get them started young… to endoctrine them into the ways of bike culture and set the kids on a path to a healthier future (in so many ways).
