At age 34, Peter Root and Mary Thompson were on a round-the-world bike trip.They left their island home of Guernsey in the Channel Islands of the UK and biked through Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and China.

Peter and Mary stopped part way through their adventure to make a movie for Filmed by Bike.

While biking in Thailand, Peter and Mary were struck by a truck and killed.

We had gotten to know Peter after he submitted his movie and we were in love with his infectious spirit through email. This is our tribute to Peter and Mary. We played it before their film at the 11th Annual Filmed by Bike in 2013.
