As our city continues to grow in astounding (but perhaps not surprising) ways, we run the risk of losing our creative spaces, and the core of what makes Portland so special.
Filmed by Bike is dedicated to infusing the city with creativity and forging curious artistic experiences. That’s why I am so excited to launch The Backyard Collection, an intimate movie watching experience under the stars.
We are looking for two volunteers to assist with this night.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need 2 friendliness rockstars.
Must be very friendly, outgoing, welcoming and inclusive. This is a special event experience and we’re expecting our volunteers to help set the tone by welcoming guests. If you are shy or prefer not to be very chatty with strangers, this position probably isn’t the best fit for you.
We are also looking for people who can work very independently with limited oversight or needs.
The event is rain or shine and you will be outside under cover.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help with some light event set up details
- Welcome + check in guests
- Make popcorn and maintain the popcorn and drinks station
- Help guests park their bikes
- Answer questions and help guests feel welcome.
WHAT YOU GET
- Complimentary admission to The Backyard Collection
- All the popcorn you can eat!
- You will be able to see nearly all of the movies and you will be in the heart of the event most of the time
